Underwhelming stay. Expected more
small room limited room service
The room felt small, especially considering the price i paid. the advertised 24/7 room service was a joke. I wanted soup at 10 pm, but all i could get was a croque monsieur. i'm not sure i'd call that five-star service, but maybe my expectations were just too high.

beautiful courtyard amazing food helpful staff
the location was excellent. the courtyard offered a beautiful view. i found amazing food options at the hotel. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.
i had trouble with the minibar not being refilled . it was an inconvenience.

the staff was professional and attentive. they responded quickly to requests. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness and order in all areas. the concierge helped with directions, reservations, and travel suggestions.

small room slow lobby team
the location was excellent with nice buildings nearby.
The room i got was not excellent. The bathroom was almost as large as the bedroom itself. the team in the lobby was slow when i asked for coffee. i was also corrected for being in the courtyard late at night, even though i wasn't loud.
